Hosting that's secure and recoverable by design.

We host and operate your applications, databases and cloud infrastructure. We build each environment to recover from failure, and we manage it to the same security standards as our cybersecurity service.

We take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of your production environment, so your team can focus on your product and your customers.

Cloud infrastructure

Accounts, networks, compute and storage on public cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.

Applications and containers

Application hosting, container platforms and Kubernetes, configured and kept up to date.

Databases

Managed databases with backups, updates, capacity planning and access control.

Deployments

Automated release pipelines, so your team or ours can ship changes safely.

Monitoring

Availability, performance and error monitoring, with alerts to the right people.

Cost management

Regular review of cloud spending, right-sizing and budget alerts.

Secure and resilient from the start.

With Managed Cyber Resilience as well, our security programme covers the environment that we operate. Findings go straight to the team that can fix them, and we include your hosted services in recovery testing.

Managed Cyber Resilience
  • Infrastructure defined as code, so every change is reviewed and repeatable
  • Least-privilege access, with multi-factor authentication for administration
  • Patching of operating systems, runtimes and managed services
  • Encrypted data in transit and at rest
  • Backups with tested restoration
  • Recovery objectives agreed for each critical service

Service levels

Your service agreement sets support hours, response times, availability targets and recovery objectives for each service. Out-of-hours engineering is available where your services need it, and we agree it in the contract.

Responsibilities

We agree in writing who owns the application code, who approves releases and who pays cloud consumption. Cloud provider charges are separate from our management fee.

Monthly service report. Each month we report on availability, deployments, patching, cloud spend and recommended savings. See an example report

We scope each environment individually and send you a fixed monthly proposal for its operation. Migration is a separately quoted project.

  1. Assess

We review your applications, current hosting, dependencies and recovery requirements.

  2. Design

We design the target environment, the access model and the recovery arrangements.

  3. Migrate

We move workloads in planned stages, with a rollback plan for each step.

  4. Operate

We run, monitor and improve the environment, and report on it.

Agentic applications

Host AI agents without handing over the keys.

AI agents do more than answer questions. They call tools, change data and act in other systems. That makes them powerful, and it means a mistake or a manipulated prompt can have real consequences.

We host agentic applications in environments designed to contain them. Each agent can do its job, and nothing more.

Isolation

Agents and their tools run in separate, sandboxed environments, with outbound network access limited to approved services.

Least privilege

Each agent gets its own identity and only the permissions its task needs. Secrets stay in a managed vault, never in prompts or code.

Human approval

Consequential actions, such as payments or changes to customer data, wait for a person to approve them.

Full audit trail

We log every prompt, tool call and action, so you can see what each agent did and why.

Cost and rate limits

Limits on usage and spending stop a faulty agent from running up costs or overwhelming other systems.

Resilience

Monitoring, fallback procedures and provider failover keep your service running when a model or provider has problems.
