Ship quickly. Ship securely.

We build security into how your software is made. We set up pipelines that check every change, show you exactly what is inside your software and manage the risks we find. We also build and support secure applications for you.

Works well with Managed Cyber Resilience. Available on its own or alongside a plan. Every plan includes application security assurance as part of your wider security programme. DevSecOps goes further: we work inside your development process to make each release secure by default. See what every plan includes

Secure pipelines

Security on every change. Not a final check.

We set up a secure development pipeline on the tools you already use, such as GitHub, GitLab or Azure DevOps. Each stage has its own controls, so problems are found when they are cheapest to fix. We tune the checks, so developers act on the results instead of ignoring them.

What you get

  • Security checks that run on every change, without slowing developers down
  • Clear rules on which findings block a release
  • Fewer false alarms, so developers trust the results
  • Pipeline configuration and documentation that you own
  1. Plan

We model the threats to each application and turn them into security requirements before anyone writes code.

  2. Code

Branch protection, peer review of every change and secrets scanning before code leaves a developer's machine.

  3. Build

Automated code analysis, dependency scanning, and checks on infrastructure code and container images on every change.

  4. Test

Dynamic testing of the running application and its APIs, with security regression tests for issues found before.

  5. Release

Signed builds, approval gates and deployment credentials with only the access each release needs.

  6. Operate

We watch for new vulnerabilities in what you have already deployed, and raise them with the right owner.

Software supply chain

Know exactly what is inside your software.

Most of your code comes from open-source and third-party components. A software bill of materials (SBOM) lists every one of them. We produce SBOMs automatically, watch them for new risks and turn them into clear reports. These help you answer customer questionnaires and prepare for regulations such as the EU Cyber Resilience Act.

Your supply chain report

  • The components and versions in each application
  • Known vulnerabilities, and whether they are exploitable
  • Licence obligations and conflicts
  • Unmaintained or high-risk dependencies
  • Remediation actions, owners and deadlines

Software bill of materials

Every build produces an SBOM in a standard format, such as CycloneDX or SPDX. It lists each component and version in your software.

Continuous vulnerability matching

We check your SBOMs against new vulnerability disclosures every day, so you know within hours which applications are affected.

Exploitability assessment

We record whether each vulnerability affects your software in practice. Your team fixes what matters first.

Licence compliance

We flag open-source licences that conflict with how you use or sell your software.

Dependency risk

We identify abandoned, unmaintained or suspicious packages, and agree a policy for which components your teams can use.

Build integrity

Signed artefacts and build provenance show that what you release is exactly what your pipeline built.

Risk management

Fix what matters first.

Scanners produce long lists. We turn them into a short list of decisions. Software risks join the same risk register and reporting as the rest of your security programme, so leadership sees one picture.

  1. Prioritise

We rank findings by exploitability and business impact, not by scanner severity alone.

  2. Assign

Each action goes to an owner with a deadline that matches its risk.

  3. Verify

We confirm each fix in the pipeline before we close the finding.

  4. Report

Leadership sees open risks, trends and decisions that need approval.

Working with your team

Already have developers? We make them faster and safer.

We can work alongside your in-house or outsourced development team. We help them build security into every stage of development and adopt AI-assisted, agentic ways of working with the right controls in place.

Build security into how your team works.

We review how your team designs, builds, tests and releases software. Then we help you close the gaps, one practical step at a time.

  • An assessment of your current development practices
  • Threat modelling built into your design process
  • Security checks in your build and release pipelines
  • Dependency, secrets and code scanning on every change
  • Secure code review practices and developer training
  • Measures that show your progress over time

Help your developers work with AI agents.

AI coding assistants and agents can multiply what your team delivers. We help you adopt them in a way that keeps your code, data and systems secure.

  • Selection and rollout of AI coding tools and agents
  • Workflows that let agents plan, build and test changes
  • Guardrails: permissions, sandboxes and human review
  • Protection for secrets, source code and customer data
  • Quality checks on AI-generated code
  • Training and coaching for your developers

Secure engineering

Need software built? We build it securely.

We design, build and support applications, integrations and internal tools, using the same secure pipeline. You own the source code, documentation and pipelines.

We build software that solves a specific business problem. We scope each project against your processes, your integrations, the risk and the expected value.

Business applications

Custom web applications for processes that off-the-shelf software does not fit.

Integrations and APIs

Connections between your business systems, so data moves without manual re-entry.

Internal tools

Portals, dashboards and workflow tools that remove spreadsheets and repetitive admin.

Modernisation

Updates to ageing applications, so they are maintainable, supported and secure again.

We deliver in phases with agreed outcomes. You see progress regularly and can change priorities between iterations. We scope and quote each project individually.

  1. Discovery

We agree the problem, the users, the success measures and the constraints.

  2. Design

We design the architecture, the data, the access model and the integrations.

  3. Build

We deliver in short iterations, so you see working software early and often.

  4. Test

We test functions, performance and security before each release.

  5. Release

We deploy through a secure, automated pipeline, with a clear rollback plan.

New vulnerabilities appear in software components every week, and your business needs change. Our support service keeps your software secure, current and reliable after launch. We agree the scope, support hours and response times before go-live.

Security updates

We track new vulnerabilities in the frameworks and components your software uses, and we apply the updates.

Fixes and improvements

An agreed monthly capacity for fixes, small changes and improvements, prioritised with you.

Monitoring

We watch errors, performance and availability, so we can act on problems before your users report them.

Long-term maintenance

We keep the platform, runtime and dependencies on supported versions, so the software does not age into a risk.

Want us to host it too? We can host and operate your software on infrastructure that we manage to the same security standards. Managed Cloud
