Scope agreed before onboarding

Your order form records the included users, devices, applications, and services.

Customer-supplied devices and applications can be added.
Material remediation and migration work is quoted separately.
Office moves, new sites, and major projects sit outside the monthly service.
Changes to scope are agreed before recurring charges change.

Include onboarding, or pay for it separately.

On a 36-month agreement, onboarding is included. On a 12-month agreement, it is charged separately.
